Beijing AAAAA-level Patent Agency is a grade certification for intellectual property service institutions in Beijing by the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association since 2016. A total of five grades are available, from A to AAAAA. The evaluation process includes preliminary examination by the evaluation organizer, expert review, re-examination, board review, and public notice. The final evaluation result is determined based on these steps.

The grade evaluation comprehensively examines and evaluates patent agencies from 21 aspects across 6 dimensions, including employees, business environment, rules and regulations, service capabilities, and honors and achievements. Transparent and objective evaluation criteria are used to score the agencies. The grade evaluation results have been accepted by the Beijing Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
