The SAIC and OHIM jointly held the “EU-China Trademark Examination Seminar” on December 9, 2010. Carlo Pandolfi, the leader of technical assistance group in EU-China IP Protection Project, was present at the opening of seminar. Mr. Jesus Romero, IP officer from EU delegation in China, experts from OHIM, 30 representatives from legal, application, quality control, examination and opposition department of SAIC attended the one and a half days seminar.
In the seminar, experts from both sides introduced the examination standard and the quality control system and discussed the issue of common interests.
